All submissions are subject to anonymous review by at least two independent referees. Manuscripts will be acknowledged upon presentation to the journal office, provided they meet all stated requirements. Authors are welcome to suggest the names of three expert reviewers; however, the final selection rests with the editor. The review process relies on obtaining detailed feedback from referees and revising the manuscripts based on their comments to the author. Upon receiving the revised manuscript, it will undergo a final evaluation by the referees. If approved, a letter of acceptance will be issued to the author. Authors have the right to inform the editor if they prefer specific individuals not to review their manuscript due to potential conflicts of interest. Manuscripts will not be rejected unless at least two reviewers provide substantiated negative feedback.
